Licence
You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Pitch Circle Night on devices you own or control, under App Store rules. The app is not sold to you: you get a right to use it, not ownership of the code, design, or content.
What the app is for
Pitch Circle Night is offline entertainment for a group with a football theme. It is not a bookmaker, not a tote, and not an official product of any football league or club. Player names and facts are used for gameplay only.
Acceptable use
- use the app for friendly play on your own device;
- do not bypass technical limits, hack, or resell the app;
- do not present Pitch Circle Night as an official app of any league, club, or national team;
- do not use the app for betting, cash wagers, or any gambling activity.
Content and accuracy
Questions and cards are for entertainment. We aim for care, but we do not guarantee every fact or wording is perfect. In disputed modes, the room confirms the score — not an “official referee.”
Age
The app is intended for a family audience. If local rules require a parent or guardian’s consent to use the device, obtain that consent before installing.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted performance on every device and are not responsible for how a group uses the phone during play. To the extent allowed by law, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data on the user’s device, or disputes between players. If the law does not allow a full exclusion, liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app (zero for a free download), or the minimum the law requires.
Apple
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not obligated to provide support for the app. If you breach applicable media usage rules, Apple may enforce its own terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence as it relates to the App Store.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms with a new app version. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new edition, unless the law requires otherwise.
